Once upon a horse-racing major I told you to take the Baffert horse in the Preakness without disclosing, in the spirit of full disclosure, that … okay, if I disclosed now what I didn’t disclose then, you’d be justified in doubting the handicapping acumen behind my urging you today, if I were to do that, to take the Baffert horse, which any fool and hooligan can see is the obvious play notwithstanding the fact you’ll spend two bones to make one.
We eschew the obvious bet and go heavy on Sporting Chance, which is all we ask, all we could ever ask, at 22-1 starting from the No. 3 post position. Take the Lukas horse, dumb shit.
